【本报讯】Summarecon Agung公司瞄准年轻家庭作为市场目标，随着推出The Ebony Residence住宅区项目，这是在Summarercon Bogor区域内的第七座住宅区。
Summarecon Agung执行董事Indra Widjaja Antono称，消费者对Summarecon Bogor住宅区的巨大热情，使Summarecon Agung再次推出新住宅区。
他说，位于战略的位置，The Ebony Residence将满足年轻家庭优雅生活方式的需求 ，享有茂物地区美丽的自然景观。这座住宅区将于2024年9月20日推出。
据他说，The Ebony Residence是Summarecon Bogor推出的第七座住宅区，此前推出约为1300套住房，即The Mahogany Residence(2020)、The Agathis Residence(2020)、ThePinewood Residence(2021)、TheRosewood Residence(2021)、The Alderwood Residence(2022)，和The Maple Residence(2023)。
“此前推出的六座住宅区已售完，目前初始营销的四座住宅区已向消费者移交流程。
除住宅区之外，Summarecon Bogor已于2023年营销Graha Boulevard商业产品，并已售完，其中租户是Teras by Plataran、Bebek Ningrat、Sudobrew，和Taste and See。”
